Over the last 20+ years, every job I have had has revolved around people and ensuring that they have the best experience possible.  For the last 17 years I have been an Event Management professional creating events and experiences including conference, gala dinners, Christmas parties and many more.  My top priority has always been making sure that my guests have the best time ever and walk away with great memories.

Whenever I attended a friends weddings I could never stop myself from getting involved and sorting things out that didn't see right to me.  This lead to friends actually asking me to take a more active role on the day and I so decided to become a qualified wedding planner.  I just love organising things! 
 
But on top of that, I am also an Independent travel agent, a qualified Hypnotherapist, a Radio DJ, a Music Bingo host, a Musical Theatre society Vice President and a Swing singer (you can check out my songs on Spotify or by visiting my singing website!!!).  So, as you can see, I have enjoyed a number of jobs that have all brought me to this point in my life. 

I became a Celebrant because I wanted to bring together my experiences, my love of people and the expression of their love and a little bit of my ‘showman’ side.  Am I a little bit of a show-off?  Possibly, but I am passionate about creating a celebratory experience that leaves YOU in the spotlight.  I’m excited to get to know you, learn all about your funny, romantic, heart-warming or downright bonkers story and create the day of your dreams.

On my Celebrant journey I have been privileged to work with many couples creating fun and memorable ceremonies, my favourites are the ones where we go from sincerity to laughter to tears to cheers and back to laughter.  I have also been lucky enough to become an double award-winner at the inaugural Celebrant Industry Award, regional finalist at The Wedding Industry Awards for two years running and to be a featured Celebrant on E4's Married At First Sight UK for the third year in a row!
